Will this pc do what i am asking of it?

Im looking at a PC from a local store. I know i could potentially get this pc cheaper if i bought and built it myself but i dont know how to currently and am not willing to try at this stage. Im asking for the system to play WoW/LoL on maxed out graphics, Run Skype with a call open and have a browser(chrome) open at the same time and use dual monitors at 60+ fps. Please let me know if this machine will do what i ask of it or not.

Also another question is about windows 8, does windows 8 perform well doing what i wish to do or would windows 7 still be the better option?

It will handle all of that and dual monitors, but not on maxed out settings at 60+fps. Maybe High settings...

Sweet, Even high settings will do me. I would love ultra but playing on Lowest quality with my current pc and high will be a major step up.
