Will this PC handle Day-Z

The Specs are;
-AMD 6400K
-R9 380 4gb
-corsair 8gb RAM
-Gigabyte F2A88XM-DS2
-Corsair CX600 80 Plus Bronze Certified 600w Power Supply

would also like to know how it runs on games like BF4, Assasins creed and Fallout 4,3,2. And if it upgradable ?

If there is a better PC that can run these games please let me know this is my first time with pc, budget of £300-£460, UK please
