you need about 150W of cooling power to be stable at stock, and 200W+ to have a chance of OCing, personally i don't like AIO's there's more to go wrong, and they aren't that much cooler or quieter, often worse than 'big air' cryorig R1 would be good, but it's big. Kraken x62 i seem to have heard a lot about, this might give you some ideas.
