Yupp, It will work, but you will have to run the ram at 1333Mhz as the motherboard only supports speed of upto 1333Mhz for the ram.

yes. good catch. the RAM will only run at 1333. IDK if you could get the RAM to run at full speed with that board. check the BIOS, running at full may or may not be possible, 1333 is a given though.
