Will this Pico PSU (150 watt) support this setup?

Hi all, first time posting here.

Before I start I wanted to give you a little background here as to why I am asking this question.

I recently purchased a mini ITX case that I wanted to use for gaming ( not high end ). I made a mistake and purchased a top of the range mini ITX motherboard & CPU that for certain the pico PSU of this enclosure would not handle.

Anyway long story short I cant send back the components so I will build a new PC them and use the existing components from my old gaming rig in this.

Will the below components work in THIS case?

Motherboard - Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. H55N-USB3 (Socket 1156)
CPU - Intel Core i7 870 @ 2.93GHz
GFX (low profile) - GTX750 Ti, 2GB DDR5, VGA, DVI, HDMI, DX11.2, 1072MHz Core, 1150MHz Boost, OC
Memory - 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 (9-9-9-24)
Storage - 500GB Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500G (SSD)
Optical Drive - LG GS40N Slot-Load DVD+/-RW Rewriter Dual Layer Optical Drive Slim SATA
CPU Fan - Noctua NH-L9i CPU Cooler Low Profile - 92mm
Case fan (will fit 1 but can fit 2 if there is power) - Noctua NF-A6x25 FLX Fan - 60mm

Please let me know your thoughts.

I really would like to get this working with this case if possible.

Thanks in advance.

Regards

No, 150W won't be enough. i7 870 needs in itself about 95W at stock speeds under full load. In basic usage it's at 50W.
GTX 750Ti will need at least 65W, 100W at most. Those already add up to maximum of 195W, minimum 115W.
The memory, hdd, optical drive, fans and motherboard take a total of 50-100W. So at minimum you will be using 165W. At most usage will go up to 295W.

Minimum PSU you will need, is pretty much 350W in order to stay at efficient level. (50-80% of the full potential of PSU)

What if I changes out the Motherboard & CPU for lower power consumption versions?

Would a current gen LGA 1150 i5 match the performance of the i7 870 and still be below the power consumption limit?

If that will not help are there any alternate power brick options available that I can use instead of the stock pico PSU?
