yes but dont buy a cpu cooler since you wont be overclocking, the stock one will do fine. You also dont need a "Z" mobo since again you wont be overclocking and a simple "B" or "H" will suffice at a much lower price. Also you should get ram at speeds of 1866 for usually the exact same price as the 1600 ones. Either save the money you save or put it back into a better gpu like a 290

Also, I have a hard time recommending that PSU. Had a few burn out of me. Not good life expectancy, maybe look into this one - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-m12ii620bronze. Plus Modular design.
