It'll play games on higher/ultra settings 30fps+. I'd suggest getting a different PSU. It'll come back as a problem later on. It's not the highest quality psu.

If you need to lower prices to get a better psu, get a fx 8320 and gigabyte 970a ud3p and overclock the fx8320 to the fx 8350 speeds. But definitely get a better PSU. XFX 650w bronze or EVGA 750w supernova or supernova NEX 750w would do fine in the system and give it plenty of headroom.
