Yes, that PSU will easily support your system; in fact it's overkill. If you're planning on adding a second gtx770 later, then 750w makes sense. Otherwise 550w in a good PSU is more than enough for your system.

620w is plenty for this build and it is better quality. Thermaltake psus are not that great.

What are you talking about the ThermalTake Toughpower series are in the same Tier Two class as the Antec HCG, and this one is Gold+ certified.
