Will this power supply handle my system?

Solution
Yes, it will be fine. Maybe beef it up a little if you want to do a lot of overclocking. SuperNova G2/S2 are a little more stable.

General comments about the build. Swap the Hiatchi hard drive to Samsung Barracuda or WD Blue. Both slightly faster and more reliable.

Likewise, (if you can afford it) swap the Crucial MX500 to a newer MX100, or a faster Samsung 840 EVO.

Swap the 4x4GB kit to a 2x8GB kit. Z97 motherboards only support dual-channel mode, so you're just wasting 2 slots with a quad-channel kit.

Solution
PSU wattage should be fine, i have more or less the same system as you, with even extra LED fans, and h100i, and it runs fine on my TX850M

EDIT 1: Yes to above post, about the RAM, dual channel it, otherwise you just have an extra two sticks for decoration.

Thank you both for your response. I'll change the hardware as suggested.
