That should be alright. 3070 is a 220W GPU, maybe transient spikes to 300 or so watts, 9700K probably isn't breaking 200W unless you have really cranked the voltage.
Well im using the ai overclock in bios to oc to 5ghz all cores, i have read that the voltage is kinda high (i have seen it around 1.35 at most 1.36) im not sure how to change it myself should i be worried?

No 1.35/1.36 is quite reasonable. I ran my 7700k at 1.416 volts for a good number of years and it still runs today, though I have set it back to stock for longevity as my Nephew's computer. Also 5Ghz all core, but that was quite the stretch for that CPU.

Standard boost for the 9700k is 4.9Ghz, so you aren't too far ahead of where it likes to sit, which is why the voltage didn't have to go too high to get all the cores to that speed. Quick research shows the 9900k could draw about 158W.

I see, thank you for answering my questions!

By the way when should i be worried about psu when upgrading? Can i get a 3080, 3080 ti maybe? I bought this psu about 2 months ago and its doing really well

Recommendation for a 3080/Ti is 850W. Anything less and you risk over current shutdown due to transient power spikes. And it has to be a good quality PSU.

Lucky for you the ROG-STRIX-750G is actually a decent unit. OEM is Seasonic and despite being a little too expensive compared to the same Seasonic branded design, seems to pass all the tests.

You could risk it with a 3080, but I would maybe stick with the stock 320W power limit and not play with it.
