Will this PSU be enough ?

oke so yea 4gb is enough ddr3 1600Mhz thats fine !

im am running windows xp 32 Bit why windows i have tryed many times windows 7 and evey time i dont know why but still i like xp more i have used more xp and i want xp and windows 7 laggs most cases etc

will windows 7 ultimate better Preform in FPS than Windows XP Professional 32 bit ?

btw im now running windows 32Bit but will my system run 64Bit or does that depend on the graphics card ?

btw good news i bought the Antec current high gaming 400 and the xfx 7770 double dissipation i will get the over around 3-4 days

 
Btw hoop it works if it dont work i think im going to trade the psu and the graphics card back and just study for 1 and a half year more and than we should see
 
Define "on high settings with good fps". A few reviews of the x4 640 and ATI 7770 should help you determine if it meets your expectations. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1TCn7CJhLc shows smooth BF3 gameplay at medium settings. Less demanding games will run at high settings. Bear in mind that a budget gaming system can't perform like a much more expensive system.
