Will this psu be enough

So i'm gonna be using Corsair 550vs , On gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming Windforce and an i5-4440 , 8 Gb of ram and msi b85-g43 gaming motherboard , So i have no intention of hardcore over clocking but i i would maybe over clock it lightly but not much , i don't know much about overclocking so i need to know how is it done and how can i do it lightly? And can the psu handle it?

It should be alright. I would personally go for a 600-650 to give me a little headroom for overclocking. You don't want the PSU to be nearly fully loaded all the time as it could cause it to blow.
