Hey, I'm a console gamer new to pc and an absolute noob. I build a gtx1060 at first but then changed my mind as I wanted 144hz which gtx1060 doesn't support. So, this is my final build nd I wanted to check if the wattage is enough for my build. This is my build:

Please give me any other advice that you with my build. I want a blue color build with 144hz 1080p and a gtx1070. I wanna play games like GTAV, Ark: Survivial Evolved, 7days to die, BF1. I wish I get more than 60fps, maybe 120 or so and I will be good with max or near max settings.

To give you detailed information.

GTX1070 is not able to hit 80+ fps in many GPU intensive games like Crysis 3 Witcher3 Hitman and many more at ultra settings. GTX1080 is able to provide somewhere above 100fps at ultra settings in same games. There is 30% gain in games with GTX1080.

Even at high-very high Settings if not ultra GTX1070 will provide near to 100fps for ony 2-3Years whereas GTX1080 will last you 4-5Yrs.

There is a big performance gain when you compare GTX1080 to GTX1070.

HDD can be added down the lane as per the requirement.

Case the one I provided is of very high quality. Get it.

No, Dad will not be mad if you are able to make him avoid paying again for a upgrade for a long time. Instead of upgrading again in a short run.

Headphones and Keyboard are of your choice.

Monitor Quality wise I prefer ASUS over Acer as ASUS have better build quality. But Acer is also of good quality don't worry.

And CPU wise I would say going with i7-7700K will make lot more sense. It is far better in performance than i5-6600K.
There is good 75% overall performance gain with i7-7700K over i5-6600K.

Case, The fractal design had compatible issues with the gtx1080, 188mm vs 275mm, the one I picked is good isn't it?
PSU, will a 550W be ok, or do I have to go for a 600w or 650w.
The final price, the prices u said are not accurate when I went into their website. Newegg, u sais the mobo was 180, it showed up ad 270. So, my final price is 1900, rip my life. Is there any modifications that u can do to lower the price?

@SudBruh I would recommend you to get Corsair RM750X PSU if possible. Reason being that if you get it, it comes with solid 10Year warranty which allows you to use it for 2Builds even if you were to do 1 build in 5 Years. You can save money on PSU next time you build a PC and can use it on other components.

That case is compatible but some of the Hard Drive Bays becomes unusable. That will not cause any problem unless you wanna use more than 2 HDDs.

I like he build but the issue is the case, my table can't fit a height of more than like 17 or so, so I have to put it side ways, and even then I have to move the slider for keyboard/mouse a bit forward as it is like 7.13'' wide, the Pantom is like 8.5'' and this is gonna be bad as the slider is gonna be completely come out for the desktop to sit. If you could, by any chance, find one that is smaller with a good quality, I will gladly appreciate that!

I like itt....but

The Thermaltake Versa N26 ATX Mid Tower Case supports video cards up to 360mm long, but video cards over 250mm may block drive bays. Since the EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 8GB Superclocked Gaming ACX 3.0 Video Card is 267mm long, some drive bays may not be usable.

I'm back....the exams are done, I got five days holidays....anyways, that's the table that I am going to be doing my setup on, and I was thinking maybe I 'll get a gtx1070 with a 7700 as I figured out I will only need it for about 3-5 years. Is this a reasonable CPU and Video Card to get above 60fps in 1080p for the next 305 years?

That's final....is there anything I can change without increasing the price but having a computer that will last 4-5 years at more than 60fps in high or ultra settings in any game. I like the build. You think The PSU wattage will be enough though and 100% it will last 4-5 years above 60fps 1080p.
