I'm guessing you plan to overclock considering the k-version of the CPU. Because of that I have to ask, where's the CPU cooler? R9 280X should have 600 watts from a high quality power supply. If you have problems with the one you chose I would not be surprised.

That is not a good version of EVGA PSU's if you plan on overclocking, you want the ones that are the GS, PS, B2,G2,P2 or T2 models.
