Will this PSU do for this build?

I mean, it'll probably work, but being that close to the max wattage is a bad idea. I'd recommend one of these http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/cooler-master-power-supply-rs650amaag1%2Cevga-power-supply-220gs0650v1%2Cseasonic-power-supply-s12ii620bronze%2Cxfx-power-supply-p1650snlb9/

I'm guessing you plan to overclock considering the k-version of the CPU. Because of that I have to ask, where's the CPU cooler? I'd also recommend grabbing a higher VRM-phase motherboard, considering they are the same/lower price, like this http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/asrock-motherboard-fatal1tyz97killer%2Cgigabyte-motherboard-gaz97xgaming5/

- Faster 1866 CAS8 memory.
- Much better power supply.
