will this psu run these cards? and which one would you get?

hey! i currently have a 7770 and this PSU

i was looking to upgrade the a better gpu so i looked around and spotted the AMD R9 380 and then a friend pointed out the GTX 970

which both looked good then i thought will it run..

so help me! would they run ok ? and which one would you get with your own money?

Very poor PSU needs to be upgraded with a card upgrade.

To run those cards well it would be a good idea to consider getting one of the PSU's SR-71 suggested. It's not worth the stress on your other components to try and run those cards with a PSU that won't supply good power.

It's low quality , for a better card you want a reliable power supply.

ok thanks guys! also if i was to go out there and get a 750 w to go with a 390, would that bottleneck a i5 3570k?

A decent 650w WOULD BE ADEQUATE for a 390.
