Will this PWM fan work with my motherboard?

Hi Guys,

but not sure if it works with my motherboard?

Looking at my mobo there's a 3pin which is for the case fan i think (SYS_FAN) and there's a 4 a pin (CPU_FAN)

You can use it on the 3 pin but you wont get pwm. And you cant put it on the cpu header
