ok so i have a msi h61m-p31/w8 mobo and i am getting a hyperx 1600mhz ddr3 2x8gb ram will it work?

Maybe, even if those sticks aren't listed on the memory test report there's a pretty good chance they'll work.

If you do try them and they do work then go into the motherboard BIOS and enable XMP so the memory will run at the correct speed, voltage & timings.
