My motherboard is a intel h61 express that came from an Acer aspire x1930 pc

Your ram should work but not at 1600mhz since your motherboard only support 1333mhz, the ram should still run just slower (https://www.ricksdailytips.com/fast-ram-in-slower-pc/ ).

There is also no need to get pc3l ram as your system runs at standard 1.5v and can't run the lower powered profile of pc3l, even though pc3l will allow 1.5v operation.
