Will this ram work with this motherboard?

The ram says 1600mhz and the mobo says "Memory: 4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 32 GB of system memory / Support for 1333+ (O.C.)/1066 MHz memory modules".
Will they work together?

They will work together no worries, However the Motherboard will clock down the RAM speed from 1600 to 1333 or 1066 in order to start the system.

If you haven't bought the RAM yet, get a 1333/1066 module
