Will this rig handle video editing and latest games well?

Ill be using it for programs such as cinema 4d, After Effects, Sony Vegas. Will I be able to handle games such as bf3, ac maxed out?

Several things could make your build better.
1) I've never hear of your PSU and honestly, I think it looks like garbage. Get a decent PSU from a good brand (i.e. Corsair, Antec, PC Power and Cooling). If you plan to crossfire your GPU in the future, 700-750 W should be good. If not, then a 500W one should work just as well.

2) Your RAM is going to be your bottleneck. For video-editing, the more RAM the better. At least 16 Gb of DDR3 1600 CL9 RAM should suit your needs. Remember it has to be 1.5 V.

3) I suggest getting a z77 Mobo. It has a bunch of goodies that the z68 doesn't. If your sticking with a single GPU, Gigabyte z77-D3h. If your crossfiring, Gigabyte z77-Ud3h or Asrock Extreme 4.
