Hi, I have found this bundle deal on amazon. Can you tell me if it will run AAA Games on a 1440p monitor (or two eventually) at up to 144htz (but consistently 80+ Ideally). And whether this bundle is good for the money.

For a bit of context. I’m going Ryzen because I want to take advantage of the freesync 1440p display that I already own.

Thanks!

Amazon bundle: for £869.99
AMD Ryzen 7 1700X 3.4Ghz - Socket AM4 - 8 Cores/16 Threads

ASUS ROG Crosshair VI Hero Motherboard

CORSAIR 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz RAM
CPU Standard Clock Speed 3.4Ghz
Turbo 3.8Ghz With BeQuiet Pure

Rock Slim Cooler

And I’ll buy separately:
Amd vega Rx 64 for £800

Solution
Better buy a GTX1080. It runs much cooler and even with latest AMD Adrenalin driver still a RX vega is slower than gtx 1080. It runs much cooler and requires less power. You will get good custom cooler version at a reasonable price point.
Now rx vega64: Please avoid its reference version. If possible buy any non reference design and if you have place to mount the rad buy the liquid cooler one. However if GTX 1080 is faster.
Lastly Nvidia Volta is close and it will be a significant performance bump. It will be better to wait or buy any cheap card for now (second hand) and buy a GTX1070 which will be faster or close to GTX1080ti for less price (may be) and of course significantly faster than RX vega 64.

Edit: My apologies. Freesync. So...

There are water cooling and blower versions. Which do you think are better?

water cooling must be better i think i got an msi 1080 watercooled and before this i used to own an r9 380x . the aMD used to get extrememly hot even in modest games such as call of duty multiplayer . i dont precisely know why , but if there aren't more watercooled gpu's it's either a corporate trick or they have left it to the customers to isntall their own

Great thanks!

Edit: My apologies. Freesync. So you don't have any option other than a RXvega 64. Fastest from amd for now. I would suggest buy custom air cooled version than AMD water cooled version and you may face less trouble in near future. Like pump failure and leak.
Get ROG Strix Vega 64 or Gigabyte Aorus or Sapphire going to release a new Vega 64 card with preset oc profile just like other top of the line cards. It is trix version. Recently checked a review on youtube OC3d.
