It will depend on the resolution that your going to use and what your going to overclock the i5-4670k to. One of the benchmarks that I looked at had a i7-3960x with a r9-290x running at 2560x1440p and it was pulling 59fps. So like I said it depends on the resolution and overclock to know what your selected parts will produce for fps in BF4. Your monitor will only go to 1920x1080 so it's pretty certain that you can get at least 40fps and how much more will depend on your final build and playing the game.
