Will this run GTA IV with mods well?

for gta 4 with mods? probly. but other games will greatly benefit from the 750Ti.

GTA 4 runs poorly on any GPU....

it was a horribly ported game


you probably wont be able to run gta 4 with good mods unless you spend 250+ on a GPU

If I remember correctly, GTA IV relies more on CPU than GPU, especially with mod going on at the same time. i5-4440 will be able to handle GTA IV fine. However, I do agree with Danbuscus25's suggestion of GTX 750 Ti as it will increase your performance in other games, but that's if you can afford it.

OK since the website is being really mean and not cooperative, I'm just gonna post the better build. In addition, you might have to call them since the website doesn't understand that VS450 is more than enough for GTX 750 Ti.

Here is the modified version.

CPU: i5-4570
Motherboard: ASUS H87M-E
Graphics Card: GTX 750 Ti
Power Supply: VS-450
Sound Card: Onboard

I've only posted the changes, others stay the same.
Like I've said above, you are going to have to call them for the specific part list cuz their website won't let you use VS450 for GTX 750 Ti. However, I can guarantee you that it will work as long as it's not DOA (Dead on Arrival).

GTX 750 Ti doesn't not require anything more than 80W, and that's under extreme load. VS450 provides 34A (408W) which as you can see, that it is more than enough for the CPU and the GPU combined.

Thanks man but I'll just pay for the PSU 650W because i can't be assed to deal with them on the phone lol thanks for the help though i made all the changes you said bar the PSU and motherboard because my chosen one was cheaper

Motherboard being one of the two most important components in the entire build (next to PSU), can cause you a lot of issue if it's made out of low quality components. Generally speaking, lower end chipset such as H81 is where the manufacturer cheap out on their components, because they think that the only people who wants this boards are the people who can't afford anything else. Therefore, those boards usually end up with a lot of issues and can ultimately damage other components. Therefore, I strongly encourage to purchase the ASUS H87M-E as it's a better chipset and higher quality board.

The decision is up to you though.

one more thing, the website is saying a 350W would be best is that ideal or even safe just a quick question because it brings the price down alot?

A good quality 350W will be able to handle the GTX 750 Ti, but it all depends on whether it's 12V has enough amps to support the GPU, or if it PCI-E 6 pin power connectors (some GTX 750 Ti, requires a 6 pni, some don't).
