OK since the website is being really mean and not cooperative, I'm just gonna post the better build. In addition, you might have to call them since the website doesn't understand that VS450 is more than enough for GTX 750 Ti.

I've only posted the changes, others stay the same.
Like I've said above, you are going to have to call them for the specific part list cuz their website won't let you use VS450 for GTX 750 Ti. However, I can guarantee you that it will work as long as it's not DOA (Dead on Arrival).
GTX 750 Ti doesn't not require anything more than 80W, and that's under extreme load. VS450 provides 34A (408W) which as you can see, that it is more than enough for the CPU and the GPU combined.
