Will this set up, fit in this case fine?

Hello.

I've decided to revamp my system and completely refresh it with new stuff. But apparently the graphics card I'm looking at is apparently quite large so I'm not 100% if it would fit properly in the system.

Just the basics:
I can't remember the name of my motherboard so I'm not really sure but it's an ATX from ASUS and I know they're pretty standard anyway.
But the components:
PSU: EVGA Supernova 850W Semi Modular
GPU: GTX 970
CPU: AMD FX8350 with Evo212 cooler

I think that's the big components anyway, but I was just curious if they will fit in my Corsair Spec 01 Case?

P.S. Not looking for criticism on my set up as some of the parts I've already had for a while in my current system and I can't afford to upgrade everything fully.

That case with a hyper 212 EVO and a GTX 970. Room to spare for the video card the CPU cooler looks like a tight fit but he states it does not touch the side of the case.

Okay thanks friend that's quite narrow actually. Hmm that shouldn't be too bad though really should it? A little afraid now as I've just ordered the case and hyper. Do you think it might cause some cooling issues?

It should be fine, I would add another 120mm fan in the front of the case blowing in and a 120mm back fan blowing out and you should be good to go.
