So I want my PC to boot normally but for some reason it takes time to boot compared to most times and I don't know why it does that.

So I looked up on how to boot windows 11 fast and one of the things I look is this setting under system configuration which tells me to use processors but only the 4 if I have more than 1 and 2 in that option under boot<Advance options

Is it safe to enable 4 processors to get a faster boot up time and does it affect the CPU's longevity?

Ok I left it unchecked and I think that number is at 1...or 2. Does setting that number matter even if it is unchecked?

The "number" is irrelevant.
Leave it unchecked.
