Hi Everyone!

Right now I've got a custom built computer and I'm looking to making it a Hackintosh, before I get into the details here are the specs:

Motherboard: ASUS Z77-A
CPU: Intel Core i5-3470
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series
RAM: Kingston Hyperx Blu (2x4GB)
SSD: Samsung SSD 840 Series (120GB)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda (3TB)

NOTE: Please do tell me if I've missed any key specs, I've omitted a few

======================================

So I've recently decided to pick up on iOS Development and I really need Xcode for that, I don't like having a virtual machine there running all day switching back and forth. So I was wondering if it'd be possible to run Hackintosh on these specs and have Parallels for Mac running Windows just in case I needed it.

Any ideas?

Your computer may or may not function as a Hackintosh. (There's an easy way to test this!) But there's no guarantee that the next patch from Apple won't break it. If it's just for fun then try it; if it's for work purposes I would invest in a Mac Mini.
I currently go back and forth between two places, back at my family home we just purchased a brand new iMac 27" but I go there very rarely. I need a viable method (aside from VirtualBox or VmWare) to head on over to iOS Dev. But the point is, will these specs work for a Hackintosh? I haven't been able to find much documentation on some of the specs

Can I obtain a copy on the iMac?
