Will this setup work or it isn't compatible at all

Hey guys , i'm currently before buying stuff for my pc , i'm wondering if this set up will work or not , as long as i'm concerned and researched it should work but i'm not 100% sure .
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 (4th generation processor)
VGA:INNO3D GTX1060 6GB GDDR5 I-CHILL X3 C1060-9SDN-N5GSX
MOBO:GA-H81M-S1
PSU:FSP 700W Hyper 700.

So far wherever i checked everything was in place and it should work but i want to be confirmed by someone else as well , thanks for your replies and help.

Yes, it will work. But just so you know the CPU/mobo combo is a little old so you should be getting a good deal on it or I would look for something a little newer. You will also need DDR3 RAM to run that system. Not sure if you already have that or not.

Thanks for your reply , i already have 8 gigs of ddr3 ram , i'm currently changing down the GPU and PSU , i also know that the mobo and cpu is old but i want to upgrade the GPU and PSU first since those are the oldest and worst parts in my pc , but i will definitely change the PCU and Mobo asap as well.
