I was trying to build a rig and haven't built one since around 08', I just want to make sure that the video card would fit and that there wouldn't be any glaring problems.

Only problem I really see, is you don't know what kind of PSU you're buying, and there are alot of complete garbage ones out there that catch fire.

The end will be a pretty good combo though.
