I have a P8 Z77-V LX mobo will G. SKILL X 32GB (4 x 8GB) DIMM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Memory (F312800CL10D16GBXL) work on it?

Yes, that should work just fine.

Stick with a 2 stick kit. Filling all four slots on the board just has downsides. If you really need 32gb, get a 2 x 16 kit, and follow the manual on which slots to place them.

i have not bought them yet but i'm most likely going to since you say they will work.
i'll try to look for a 2 stick set thanks for the info and help
