Oh yes didn't notice that. So I will change the board so it supports 2800Mhz.

Oh my. Coffe Lake ? Great. And it's cheaper. Looks insane !!

But the one thing. That Cryorig H7 doesn't ship to my country. But I will buy from other market.

You don't really need the H7, any decent aftermarket CPU cooler would better then the stock Intel cooler for temps/noise.

However, if going for 8400, I would go for faster RAM, as that Z board allows you to do so, and tests show Coffee Lake do respond good to faster memory.
