So ehm, I have ordered an R9 390 during the mining craze (so now) and I was reading about the minimum PSU required and apparently you could run the card on a lower PSU as long as it is good. Turns out my VS650 is a tier 4 (so bad). I can't return it now, so I'm wondering if it's dangerous to have in my computer, like I'm talking about power zaps and fires, or destroyed components.

The supplier and distributors bear full responsibility in case the product causes any fire or electrical hazard so for anything that's mass produced they will not take it lightly and only ship products designed to meet those regulations.

The short answer is that if you run it within its specifications and temperature range it won't burn, explode, electrocute you or anything like that.

If it fails for some reason within the warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
