Will this work "perfect" together?

Cooler Master Seidon 120M Kjøler
Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Sport 16GB KIT
Gainward GeForce GTX 780 3GB PhysX CUDA
Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB
WD desktop blue 1TB

Will this work good together or should I change anything?

You don't need such big PSU if you are not planning to go on SLI, otherwise looks "perfect"

Then YES, and there is no such thing as too big. I use a 850 for my one card.
