So i'm having right now rtx 2060 6gb with r5 5600x and 3200mhz 2x16 ram with 2tb ssd m.2 and i want to know if upgrading my rtx 2060 6gb to rx 6700 xt is worth for 1080p right now and maybe in few years to 1440p? and my psu is 650w.

What exactly are your system specs now? Including make/models is very important for determining how helpful an upgrade would be.

Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
This makes the graphics card loaf a bit.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

if 2K is the target, i would look at 7800XT. 6750XT at the minimum.
