Will this work together?

I have a list of parts for a budget PC. It is not really intended for gaming, but I would like good performance. I have designed it to build for my parents, (at a cheaper cost than what they might purchase) to get a small bit of practice before I have enough money to buy my own. I have used a GPU so I can prove it is bettert than the computer they may think about buying at the moment, which uses Intel 2500 graphics, which are built in.

Please mention if there are any parts I can change for something cheaper, or better at little or no cost. If I have forgotten useful/vital parts also mention.

CPU - AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core
Motherboard - Asus M5A97 R2.0
GPU - Sapphire 11192-18-20G HD6670
Case - BitFenix Shinobi Midi Tower Chassis - Black
PSU - Corsair Builder Series CX 430 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze
RAM - G-Skill 8GB Ripjaws X DDR3 2133 Dual Kit - Red
HDD - WD 500GB Desktop SATA Hard Drive - OEM - Green
Fans (x5) - Arctic F12 PWM 4 Pin 120mm High Performance Case Fan
CD/DVD Drive - LiteOn IHAS124-04 24x SATA Half Height Internal DVDRW Drive - Black

Thank you - Mr-20Slater

Well, what do your parents intend to do with the computer? If they don't play games or do anything that is graphically intense, they may not notice a difference from the stronger gpu. For example, if they just surf the web, there won't be a real difference between the HD 2500 and 6670.
What is your budget?
Where are you buying from?

-You can probably get a stronger gpu for the money, depending on how much you're paying for the 6670. The 6670 is 2 generations ago; it's out-dated.
-Make sure that the psiu is the semi-modular version. The CX430 non-modular uses a Capxon capacitor which tends to die fairly quickly.
-The Green HDD is a slower HDD. The 5400rpm is slower than most pre-builts, so your parents may find the other computer faster due to the faster HDD. Grab a WD Blue or Seagate Barracuda 500gb, or better yet 1tb because it's just a bit more.
-For the RAM, you may want to stick with 1600/1866mhz because there's no performance increase with faster RAM. Might as well save yourself some money.

Ok, Well I have a £450 budget at most. IDK about $. That was the cheapest decent Ram I could find. My parents will jsut internet surf, so yeah, you could suggest a different GPU. Thanks.

With such basic needs, an APU will be fine. The iGPU in the 5800k is equivalent to a 6670.
I added a SSD for fast booting and loading times, your parents will be impressed by the speed.
I also put in a larger and faster HDD for storage purposes.

Thank you very much. I am still not quite sure with all this building stuff, but I am sure I will get the hang of it. Would this need any fans in the case other than the standard CPU cooler?
