Depends on what you call "good".

Your monitor is 2K ultrawide, and RTX 3060, never reaches 144 FPS in games (144 Hz), on that monitor with high/ultra in-game settings.

From review above, we can see, that RTX 3060, on average (across 13 tested games), gets:
~75FPS @ 2K (2560x1440)
~45 FPS @ 4K (3840x2160)
So, it should get ~60 FPS @ 2K ultrawide (3440x1440)

In the end, it depends on a game and what kind of in-game graphical settings you want to use.

It's compatible, but like Aeacus said, depends on the title. I think you'd need to step up the GPU to get those most out of your monitor.
