Yes though the issue that might crop up is you seeing a black screen even though you're on the desktop GUI due to the lack of a compatible UEFI BIOS environment. It'd be a good idea to see if there are any BIOS updates pending and then double check on the PSU's specs of your HP 8200 Elite CMT desktop.

And what if I cannot find a BIOS update,should I just pull the trigger on the buy and buy it from a place with a good return policy?
