Image doesn't really help much, as you're not looking straight down

What cooler is that? And what case are you in? A lot of coolers will allow the cooler fan to be raised slightly, if it interferes with RAM clearance.

Taking a look there, the Gammaxx 300 shouldn't impact the DIMM slots at all.
Your board looks like it's ITX, but your DIMM slot spacing shouldn't change (distance from socket to first DIMM)

Also how thick are those ram sticks, never used covered sticks before

For compatibilities sake, they're no wider than the DIMM slot/housing itself - otherwise, you'd never get DIMMs in side by side.
