Will turning off amd turbo core damage my CPU ?

So I have amd athlon x4 750K , clocked at 4.4GHZ ,
when turbo core is on in cinabecnh it gets 303cb .
But when turbo core is of it get 334cb .

From what I know turbo core basicly udnerclocks CPU when not in use . But what dose it metter when CPU can run up to 4.4ghz , and when cpu is at 100% cpu should be runing at 4.4ghz .

Also will disabeling it make my CPU life spand shorter ???

You can safely disable Turbo Mode in Bios. But TM doesn't underclock. It overclocks the cores that are used when other cores are not. And if you are OC'ing the CPU, you should normally disable TM anyway. Otherwise, the other cores are probably throttling, lowering their clock speed.
