Will updating bios from a motherboard program fix my memory issue?

My memory on task manager gradually increases over time. It starts at 20 % idle and then keeps increasing. Then in games it lags a lot and there is stuttering. My motherboard program has a bios update available for my asrock z97killer. Restarting my computer fixes the issue and keeps going back to 20 but then it increases again.

Solution
Memory fixes are in almost every BIOS update and don't get listed (same with many other things, they generally just list one or two points in the 'summary'...Might also check for Malware and virus(s)

It says that it addresses usb odd compatibility and and deep sleep function.

Ok thanks I will see what happens but its weird that i have to restart and then it becomes fine but then it happens again.

You've probably been infected by some sort of Virus/Malware, and you're going to want to scan for viruses using something like Malwarebytes. I don't think that it's a problem with your BIOS, but you should still always keep your BIOS up to date.

I used malwarebytes, windows defender and nothing was found.
