Will upgrading to a 360mm AIO (Thermaltake Floe) from a original Corsair H100i v1 make much of a difference?

Okay, I just upgraded MB and CPU to a i7-8700k from a i7-4790K. I can get a stable OC at 4.9GHz (didn't win the lottery) but I have to run a high voltage 1.4v and my temp can get pretty hot 85C. I used to OC my my 4790k to 5.2 Ghz and my temps never went over 75C on the Corsair h100i cooler. Would upgrading to a larger cooler be worth it or should I just keep what I have and lower my OC down a bit. I am thinking of building a custom loop after the next gen of Nvidia GPU's come out (not the 1100 series) Have a EVGA 1080 ti Hybrid now. Thanks in advance

Edit 8/14/18:

I bought the Floe 360 and my temps did come down significantly (close to 10 degrees) but it was still warmer than I would have liked for the OC I wanted to run. I then delidded and that brought my temps way down and I am extremely happy with my set-up. Thank you all

Yes you will get a small performance bump but it will also be quieter, much quieter than H001 at full load. The temps will only be around 2 to 5 degrees c in difference depending on your overall setup, maybe a degree or 2 better.

I have the Corsair H150i Pro 360mm on the 8700K overclocked to 4.9GHz, luckily I only need to use 1.327v and my temps are idle 26 to 30 degrees, Aida max load 60 to 65 degrees, Prime96 60 degrees ish...Though it is super quiet at the balanced profile. I can barely hear it.

On a side note, how in the hell did you get your 4790K to 5.2GHz!!!!!!!! stunning or what!!!!

Well, it's hard to say. I mainly use it for gaming. But it is the current bottleneck for the main game I play (ESO) which has horrible CPU utilization (will only use one core). I definitely saw an increase in performance by overclocking the 4790k (>10 fps.) I haven't done any serious tests to see how OCing affects things on the new CPU.

Yes, and stupid me, I never fully realized how much I had won the silicone lottery until after I had sold it (very cheaply I might add) :( Thank you for your help!

No problems at all. On a side note, I am sure you can get a lower voltage for 4.9GHz than the current 1.4v that you need. Have you tried using adaptive/offset voltage? as that worked really well for me with a LLC that was set to Turbo.
