Question Will using wired access point for my router increase my ping/latency?

And I will ask about the connection path.....

Line diagram:

ISP ---> Some Modem ----> Some router -----> Some Wireless Access Point -----> Your router ----> Your PC?

Edit and correct my line diagram as necessary. Include make and model for all devices.

If you are asking if connecting to a secondary wifi access point, instead of the main wifi router will increase ping? Yes, but maybe 1-2ms at most. It's very negligible. You can connect to the access point, then ping your main router, it'll still probably say 1ms.
