Will video card get restocked?

So I'm all set to order everything for my build but found out my video card is SOLD OUT! Unfortunately this was a really good price too. I don't have much experience with newegg so does anyone know if soldout items get restocked pretty often? Or should I just chalk it up as a loss and get it some where else for more money cause I'll be waiting forever for this thing?

same cards, same price(minus the rebates, but whats $10 really) , different brands... xfx has a great warranty
