vista 64bit doesn't work stable on my system.
this might be a silly question but...
i heard one person saying that windows 7 is just like vista, on the inside.
is anything on the inside of windows 7 better than vista, is it going to work?

man, if windows 7 don't work, i am moving to an imac, and that is true!

I'd bet the problem is your system (drivers) and not vista, I'm using vista 64-bit and it has worked like a charm.

Windows 7 will probably be a lot like vista SP1 (which you should try if you haven't already), but will probably come with some minor changes in performance and stability.

Win 7 is still in pre-beta maintenance release now... I'm personally not going to do the developers' beta test this go around, so won't get full release notes, patch notes, etc.. And my crystal ball is showing fog.

So either fix the issues that you currently have or get your iMac... Just don't ask questions for which there are no answers.

'seems to be'... Can you explain how the exact same kernel with different feature sets can be any more or less stable? Ultimate has the most features, so should be the least stable using this logic, and home should be the most stable.
