Will Windows 8 be conected online live all the time

I have a problem with the beta version of windows 8. I don't like my information available online all the time. Can you please describe security issues.

This is no different than all other operating systems.

Is there some NEW issue you are referring to?

The only way to truly avoid being online is to disable your connection to the Internet either by unplugging your hardware are disabling it in software.
