Personally, I probably won't have RGB in my next PC, but mostly due to compatibility issues I had previously.

There were several different (brand) hubs available, where I didn't know which ones could control the fans. So I contacted (brand's) tech support, and their rep told me that all of their hubs could control any of their LED products. I bought it, but unfortunately, it turns out the rep was incorrect, and I had to return the hub.

The motherboard will probably have an RGB compatible plug. There will be nothing plugged into it.

Well I do, not so much about bling though. Used ARGB fans on front mounted radiators to change color according to CPU temperature, from Green (cold) to bright flashing Red when CPU approaches Tjmax. There are some new fans that also have LCD display which also can report different temperatures, frequency, load etc. This present MB can't but previous Asus MB also had option to change color according to temperatures.
