will zotac Geforce 730 2gb ddr5 support my ECS 945 GCT-M2????

I have Intel Pentium e2160 @1.8 GHz
1GB DDR2 ram
and ECS 945GCT-M2 motherboard which I think will not support DDR5 GPU
by the way I have already used a DDR3 GPU on it before.

Will your MoBo support your new GPU? Yes.

Do note that the GDDR5 that GPU has is used only by the GPU itself. So, it doesn't matter what MoBo you have, as long as you have one PCI-E x16 slot where to put your GPU.
