Hello, may i know
why windows 7 takes more than 30 minutes to shut down

Unless its doing an update, it should not take 30 minutes to shut down. that would be an abnormality.

If it always takes that long it could be due to Windows running a corrupt process. To find out which one you could try Clean Startup which uses a process of elimination to find the culprit.
