I have a 3 Monitor Setup with a 4th monitor I'm using as an additional display for CPU/GPU/Fan Control etc. For some reason I can get the 3 monitors to enable surround just fine. When I do this my 4th monitor goes black which is normal but when i go to "setup multiple displays" in the nvidia control panel and click on the box for my 4th monitor and hit apply nothing happens. my computer is detecting it because it comes up as an option and i can physically put a check in its box but it's greyed out. My 3 Surround monitors are connected using 2 DVI to DP and 1 DVI. My 4th is using an HDMI. I was able to get it to work fine on Win 8.1 but ever since i got Win 10 I cant get it to work. Any suggestions>?

Could you pass on your full systems specs?

You've mentioned having Windows 8.1 at one point in time, did you upgrade to Windows 10 or did you install Windows sans the upgrade path? Nvidia drivers have been a little glitchy while working in tandem with Windows 10. Have you downloaded version 359.06 from Nvidia's drivers download site?

You could have a read through this.

I'm having the exact same problem. Recently upgraded to Win 10 (Due to memory limits on Win 7). It was a clean install. I have my 3 monitors bound together via Nvidia Surround (5760x1080). But when I tick the box to add my 4th monitor (My TV) it just fades out and doesn't do anything. Previously, on Windows 7, I'd configure surround, then add my LG TV, and then drag it to its correct position (Above three monitors). I've tried reinstalling my Nvidia Drivers.
